Since DC posted a preview elsewhere, I figured I'd share the same pages here. For everyone losing sleep over how Aquaman could possibly survive in a desert, put your minds at ease...there's water under the ground. Ahh, the magic.

Josh, those pages are beautiful. It will be a shame to see any part of them covered up by word ballons.
Wow, those pages are amazing. I can't believe it, but I just might be buying an aquaman book in the near future.
these are awesome
Gorgeous work, Josh!
I know you don't like superhero books J, but your disdain for the content does not come across here - that is incredible work and it is great to see you on interiors again. I will be buying this book for the artwork alone, regardless of the story. Really beautiful art Joshua, good job!
quite some big previw :D Beautiful work, i really like how well the lines and the color work together :)

...but seriously, fantastic work. Only you could give this sequence such a sense of beauty!! Fantastic colour choices especially :)
Yep, great work! You can count me in on picking this up. I hope to see some of your creations get published too, though.

Thanks, everyone!
I am finishing the colors on the very last page at this very moment, and I couldn't be happier to finish this up. Your nice comments help make the work feel worthwhile.
Thanks again,

beatiful pages, i like very much the fourth.
i like the fact that you made a paper texture, kinda reminds me of some older french comics.
Missed you at Comic Con this year. What happened? :(!!!

Your blog is impressive!!.. your flash 2.0 is great!!.. how can you clean your line from the blue pencil?? do you ink??.. thanks for share.. awesome!!..
Fabulous work Josh! Time to pick up some Aquaman!
just picked up the book today and man, you rock! it's neat to see how it printed slightly darker and a lil grainier than the shots on here.
I see your work and... Wow!! great- Salutes from rome -Emanuele
Glimpsed at the issue on the comic rack today and bolted with it to the register. Simplistic scenes with skilled lines gave this comic a place in my collection that resides in my wall locker on base.
It's unfortunate I can't view your blog on base anymore because all military computers are tightening the grip to certain expression over the web. It's a good and bad thing.
Amazing work, I'll try to check in and see your stuff when I can.
You are a true talent, Middleton.
really great!!!
very good colors and lines,
that saids me i need to work very veru much more.
thanks
Well done!great work.
Wow, Josh. Now you've forced me to buy an Aquaman book. How could you!
I really admire your clear line style in the characters. The fact that you penciled, inked and colored the arts is very inspiring since I, an illustrator living in Indonesia, does the same thing. Salute! Oh, and one more question: What tools do you usually use?
Regards.
any JO JO 'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE in this at all ??
